So, we’re down to the last couple of weeks now, and as much as I’ve been tempted to cut this short due to hitting a healthy weight, I will continue to the end.
This post is obviously late this week. I did the video on Saturday and uploaded it to YouTube, but we were with friends the rest of the day, and we try to forget about work and online stuff on Sunday’s to give ourselves a break.
I must admit it was a little more difficult last week to do all the exercise I’m supposed to do, partly due to work/study responsibilities that I have at this time of year.
Having said that, if I had had to go to the gym I would probably have done nothing at all last week, so that’s positive.
Furthermore, in spite of the lapse, the results were pleasing at this stage.
